Call Centre Revolution, providing fast clear call centre advice

The Complete Resourcing Solution has been tried and tested, and has proven to be an excellent tool. However, it only forms part of the overall process, which must include the motivation, ability and positive approach of the staff and managers in The Client's business, and their willingness to make things work. Call Centre Revolution Ltd. therefore gives no warranty or assurance that using The Complete Resourcing Solution in isolation will improve The Client's operation.

The Client may use The Complete Resourcing Solution spreadsheets and documents as many times as they wish but only within their own Call Centre. They may copy them for their own use but they may not copy them to pass on to another person or organisation outside their own Call Centre.

The Client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including any trade marks, names, images, logos or copyright in the content of The Complete Resourcing Solution , are owned by Call Centre Revolution Ltd. and must not be misused. The Client further acknowledges and agrees that the materials used in The Complete Resourcing Solution, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, video, page layout and design, illustration and artwork, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and all other materials are the property of Call Centre Revolution Ltd. and are protected by copyright trademark and other laws.
