The Complete Resourcing Solution will enable your call centre to take control and plan ahead. It consists of a variety of Excel models and Word documents, plus a consultant for three days to understand your business, tailor the solution for your needs, install the software and teach your staff. The consultant visits again after three or four weeks to ensure there are no problems. Call Centre Revolution Ltd. will provide a 'Help' service to clients by telephone and Email for an unlimited period of time. This will include re-supplying Excel or Word Solutions if The Client experiences a loss of the original and supplying updates at no cost as the system is developed.

    Microsoft Excel models:
  • A Call Forecasting model
  • A Shift Planning model
  • A model which will convert data between intervals of 15, 30 and 60 minutes.
  • A model which will allow the forecasting of call volumes for Bank Holidays, Christmas and the New Year period.
  • A model which will allow the client to measure the accuracy of their call forecasting system.

  • Guidance on the use of Management Information.
  • A check list for a client considering the purchase of a Workforce Management system, with guidance towards asking the right questions, and assisting in cutting through the techno-babble.
